How do I sign up for Reem Patient Portal?

You can request an account when you are at Reem Hospital. Our patient coordinators will be happy to register you at the same time. You will be receiving an email “invitation” to join the patient portal. The link in this email message will take you to your registration information. If you are unable to find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.

If you have difficulty finding your registration email invitation. Please call our call center on 800 7 444, 7 days a week from 9:00 to 21:00. They can confirm that your email address is in the registration database.


How do I access Reem Patient Portal?

Who is eligible for Reem Patient Portal?

• Reem Patient Portal can be used by Reem Hospital visiting clinic patients, hospital inpatients, and ICU department patients.

• Legal guardians with appropriate consent or parents of patients who are underage (only after signing a written consent on releasing information)


Can one email be used for two patients to sign up for Reem Patient Portal?

Private access can be set up for only one adult patient at each e-mail address. Each adult patient must provide a unique and private email address that’s different and does not match the other.


What should I do if I forget my login details?

If you forgot your password or username, you can use the feature “forgot your username or password?” in Reem’s patient portal to retrieve your login details. You will be asked to provide the registered email address if you forgot your username to have a link sent directly to your inbox. If in the case of forgetting your password, you will be requested to enter your patient portal username.

If you still face difficulties, you may also contact our call center on 800 7 444 who will liaise with IT to fix any technical errors.


What should I do if my account is locked?

If you wish to update your personal information, you may call our toll-free number 800 7 444 for further assistance who will redirect your request to HIM, or you may request the same during your next hospital visit.


I am unable to find some of my previous test results and appointments. What should I do?

How will I receive notifications from Reem Patient Portal?

when you set up your account, you will be asked to provide your email address for communication. All Reem Hospital Patient Portal notifications will be sent to the registered email.


Will I be able to see the list of vaccinations given to me in the hospital at Reem Patient Portal?

Yes. The list of vaccinations you have taken at Reem Hospital will be displayed in the “Medications” tab.


Can I view my discharge summary for an admission to Reem Hospital?

At the moment we do not offer this service on the patient portal. You will need to contact our call center which will redirect your request to the HIM department. Kindly note, that the discharge summary will only be released after signing the Release Form.


Can I print out my test results on Reem’s Patient Portal?

Yes. Most of your test results can be downloaded and printed from the patient portal, from the “Share my Record” option.

Kindly note that for imaging results, only the text report would be visible and ready to print


Can I access my child’s medical records?

• Parents or legal guardians are able to access their children’s medical records depending only after signing a written consent on releasing information.


Parents and legal guardians can call our call center on 800 7 444 and book an appointment with their respective physician to discuss their child’s medical situation. They can also contact the HIM office through our call center to obtain paper copies of medical reports (after providing proper identification and signing the release form).
