Dr. Tarek Yacout Saleh has an outstanding background in clinical excellence across all aspects of diabetes, endocrinology, and internal medicine. He is a well travelled physician who has built a distinguished career spanning four continents.
After graduating from from Ain Shams School of Medicine, he completed his PhD thesis in France and became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), UK, in 1989. He later pursued advanced training in the United States, where he achieved certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1993, followed by certification by the American Board of Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism in 1995.
Before joining the Endocrinology Service at Al Reem Hospital, Dr. Yacout Saleh served as Head of Endocrinology at an esteemed surgery center in Abu Dhabi. He has also held senior positions at several leading institutions, including:
