Dr. Ashraf Ibrahim

Dr. Ashraf Ibrahim is an Egyptian MD-certified ENT, Head/Neck and endoscopic surgeon, with over 30 years of surgical experience. After completing his initial medical education and primary surgical qualifications in Egypt, he completed his higher surgical training in Italy & Germany in 1993–1994.

He spent two years conducting clinical practice, surgical procedures, and academic research at Bari University (Audiology & Otology Center, 1993) and Würzburg University & Fulda Clinic, Philipps University (1994), where he focused on otological, nasal, sinus, and neck surgeries, including cochlear implants and endoscopic techniques. Since 2006, he has worked as a professor/consultant in otorhinolaryngology/head and neck surgery in both Egypt and the UAE. He has served as head of the ENT unit at Ain Shams University Hospitals, one of the top tertiary-care referral university hospitals in Egypt since 2020.
His passions include managing complex ORL/Head & Neck diseases and performing advanced open, minimally invasive, and endoscopic surgeries. He also has expertise in primary and revisional ENT surgeries.

Prof. Dr. Ashraf has academic and training interests and has contributed to numerous presentations and publications internationally. He also performs all types of general and advanced otorhinolaryngology/Head & Neck surgery, including trauma and emergency surgery.
