Dr. Abeer Metwally is a highly accomplished Cardiology Specialist with extensive experience in non-invasive cardiology and critical cardiac care across leading healthcare institutions in the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. She holds an MD in Cardiology from Zagazig University, a Master’s degree in Cardiology from Al-Azhar University, and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Al-Azhar University.
Dr. Abeer is recognized for her expertise in advanced cardiac imaging and diagnostic techniques, including transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography (2D and 3D), stress echocardiography, Holter monitoring, tilt table testing, and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. She is also skilled in cardiac CT interpretation and utilizes advanced imaging modalities such as cardiac MRI and PET scans to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
