Belal Alqerem is a senior occupational therapist with a bachelor’s in occupational therapy with over 20 years of experience in Jordan, Kuwait, and UAE. He specializes in treating patients with sensory, physical, or cognitive problems like (sensory processing disorders, cerebral palsy, and behavioral or mental health problems).As a pediatric occupational therapist, Dr Belal helps children enhance self-care skills (dressing, bathing, toilet training), sensory and visual processing, fine motor skills, development of social interaction skills, learning challenges (lack of attention, distraction, poor impulse control, difficulty learning new things, poor handwriting), autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and spina bifida.He’s certified with advanced training courses and practical experience with rehabilitation robotic devices (Locomat, Armeo spring , Amadeo, Diego and Gloreha).He has also experience in assistive technology for children and sensory therapy.
