Throughout his career, Dr. AlBlooshi has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Chief of Surgery, Commander of Zayed Military Hospital, Chief Medical Officer, and Director of Health Policies and Governance at the Ministry of Defence. In these positions, he led transformative initiatives in healthcare management, quality improvement, and policy development—including the successful implementation of Armed Forces health-readiness programs, the enhancement of key clinical performance indicators, and the introduction of advanced electronic medical systems.
