Dr. Nawfal Mohammed Hasan Bedi

“Dr. Nawfal completed his MBChB in 2004 from the University of Baghdad, Iraq. He later earned his Fellowship in Internal Medicine and Pulmonology at Karolinska University Hospital in Sweden.

With over 17 years of clinical experience, he specializes in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of respiratory conditions. During his tenure at Karolinska University Hospital, he held several senior leadership roles, including Director of the Respiratory Educational Program, Chief Medical Officer for Inpatient Care, and Head of the Respiratory Interventional Unit.

Dr. Nawfal is a highly skilled respiratory interventionist committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. He is recognized for his excellence in clinical leadership, medical education, and advanced interventional pulmonology procedures, continually striving to enhance the quality of respiratory and internal medicine services.

He is a member of the Swedish Pulmonary Association (SLMF), the European Respiratory Society (ERS), the European Association for Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology (EABIP), and the World Association for Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology (WABIP).”
