Biography

Dr. Simon Lebbos is a French board-certified consultant orthopedic surgeon and a Lebanese board-certified Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon with more than 13 years of clinical and surgical experience. He obtained his medical and surgical diplomas from Lebanese University, Lille 2 University, and Versailles University in Yvelines, France.

From 2011 to 2024, Dr. Simon Lebbos practiced at the renowned Institut Calot, Berck-sur-Mer, France, where he developed advanced expertise in upper and lower limb surgery. During this period, he gained extensive experience in hip and knee surgery, shoulder surgery, sports surgery, and trauma surgery, including the management and surgical treatment of complex fractures.

He also worked for one year at Tarmeem Hospital in Abu Dhabi, further expanding his clinical practice in the United Arab Emirates.

Dr.Simon Lebbos specializes in hip preservation and reconstruction procedures, including hip arthroscopy, total hip replacement, and revision hip arthroplasty. His practice also includes primary and revision knee replacement, robotic-assisted knee surgery using the MAKO system, osteotomies, deformity correction, and patellar instability surgery.

He also has extensive experience in sports knee surgery, including ligament repair and reconstruction (ACL, PCL, LCL, MCL), as well as advanced meniscal management, including meniscal repair and meniscal allograft transplantation, treating both amateur and professional athletes.

Dr. Simon Lebbos has extensive experience in MAKO robotic-assisted knee surgery, using advanced technology to improve surgical precision, implant positioning, and patient outcomes.
