Vijaya Is a seasoned DOH and HCPC licensed Physical Therapist with 18 years of experience in her field, specializing in Rehabilitation and Musculoskeletal health. She earned her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, in 2006. Further, she earned a degree of fellowship in Sports Sciences in 2009. Vijaya has honed her skills in challenging environments, having spent a significant portion of her career in multi-disciplinary hospital settings in UAE and India. Before Joining Reem Hospital, she was a part of prestigious JCI-accredited institutions in Abu Dhabi, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. She brings with her a diverse perspective to her practice. This international exposure has enriched her understanding of various healthcare systems, allowing her to tailor treatments to meet the unique needs of her diverse range of patients. Her proficiency extends to a wide range of physiotherapy techniques, ensuring a comprehensive and holistic approach to healing. She is certified and trained in Clinical Dry Needling, Kinesio Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation, Functional Neuroceptive Techniques, Women’s Health, Workstation Ergonomics, and Sports and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation. She is a linguist and fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Malayam, Kannada and proficient in Arabic
