I have 15 years of experience in neurosurgery, and I speak Arabic, English, and Spanish. I currently work at Reem Hospital Abu Dhabi, a pioneer in advanced techniques in spine surgery, where I perform minimally invasive spine surgery, especially endoscopic discectomy and decompression surgeries, where I have become a pioneer in this technique in the region.
Throughout my career, I have performed over 200 surgeries, approximately 1,500 minimally invasive procedures, and more than 500 endoscopic spine surgeries, dedicating myself fully to spine surgery for the past 12 years. I have mentored and supervised less experienced specialists in minimally invasive surgery and currently oversee a spine surgery training program for a number of spine surgeons in the UAE—the first of its kind in the region. I have also been appointed as a faculty member, speaker, and chair of several national and international conferences on spine surgery, in addition to leading workshops and cadaveric training courses to promote the continuous development and improvement of minimally invasive techniques in the region.
